Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial on the Professional plan. No credit card required to get started. You can downgrade or upgrade at any time before the trial ends.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. When upgrading, the new features are available immediately and we prorate the charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly in GBP via Stripe. You can pay by credit or debit card. VAT is added where applicable. Invoices are generated automatically and available in your billing dashboard.
What happens if I exceed my declaration limit?
We will notify you when you reach 80% of your monthly declaration limit. If you reach the limit, you can upgrade your plan to continue submitting declarations, or wait until the next billing cycle when the count resets.
